• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Linking Kia Connect to PRIMARY driver profile

I have a 2023 Telluride SX XLine Prestige. Kia Connect is set up and running properly. I have a single driver profile (mine) set up in the car.

When I look at MY driver profile details while in the car, it says that profile is not linked to Kia Connect. I have no other driver profiles set up. I'm told I need to go to the app to make this happen - but when I do, I only have the option to add an ADDITIONAL driver and there's no mention of the primary driver profile.

Is there a way around this issue, or am I missing something obvious?

UPDATE: Someone in another forum mentioned that sometimes this is a matter of time (sometimes several days), and that the accounts eventually sync on their own. In my case, this WAS the case. I just checked and, to my surprise, the account is now synced with the driver profile. Hopefully someone with a similar frustration finds this!
