I was cleaning out my Notes on my Notes app and ran across this list of "little" things I like about my 2021 Telluride (and a couple things that could be improved). Do you agree with my list - are there any other "little" features or capabilities of your Telluride that you like (or don't like)?
Here's my list:
Little Things I like about the Telluride
Very intuitive infotainment & navigation system - flexible and configurable.
Auto Start/Stop - Saves a little money by stopping the engine if your sitting at a light
Auto Hold - allows you to stay stopped even if foot off the break pedal. (use this all the time in line for gas)
Downward pointing side mirrors. In reverse the side mirrors can the set to point downward when in reverse to aid in seeing parking space lines.
Third Seat headrests turn down when not using. A small but appreciate feature - gives much better rear view visibility.
Reasonably Deep Center Console
Rear Seat Bag hangers. Handy for hanging small plastic bags when your out shopping.
Auto Liftgate with max height adjustment
UVO remote starting and remote door locking - also auto climate control
Driver Assistance Warning - squawks at you if you drift onto shoulder or too close to center line.
Auto speed adjust. Not sure what it's called, but on the SX, if you set cruise control to the posted speed limit (or select highways), the cruise will automatically adjust up or down if the posted speed limit changes.
Little "water bottle" indentations in the door storage areas. Provides a convenient place to store an extra bottle of water.
A couple things that could be improved:
Glove box is on the small side - with manual in glove box not much room for anything else
Reverse lights - Weak - I replaced them with LED bulbs...huge difference!
The bottoms of the doors on the inside get very dirty very quickly. A real pain to keep clean. Poor sealing of the doors in this area.
The front driver and passenger windows sometimes don't want to roll back up completely at speed. There is some sort of sensor (probably for safety) that will sometimes cause the window to pop back down about an inch when you try to roll up the window at highway speeds.
The rear climate controls in the ceiling often rattle. (I've read on here this is a common frustration)
