• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does anyone have the trick to have their weather display consistently and their vehicle? I've read some people say that you have to be in a metropolitan City for it to pull the data from HD radio. Well, I am in a metropolitan City and it usually takes about 20 minutes for it to finally display from the time I get in my car. It's extremely annoying. And it's not like there are many options to replace that widget. I think the only other option besides navigation and radio which I already have on the home screen is driving data, which frankly is worthless. If anybody has found a trick to get their weather displayed consistently, please share

So odd ... I live fairly remote - but drive daily to a larger metropolis and my Weather is always displayed and displays in seconds after I start up. I wonder if it could be due to competing signals.

I have an SX trim

I pulled this off of page 2-8 of the Telluride car multimedia system user manual. Apparently when you go to the all menu screen there should be a SiriusXM data option. Once that option is selected, you were supposed to touch the weather option. Apparently, there are also options for sports information, stock information and fuel price information I certainly don't have this as an option on any menu. Does anyone have a Sirius XM data menu? This is very perplexing

I loathe satellite radio in won't be continuing with XM radio once the three-month free subscription has ended but I find it odd my car does not have this menu option. Also, is weather availability only through SiriusXM? If so, many will be without the weather option once there three month trial has ended. It's not the end of the world as we all get weather information on our phones.......

Not positive but I believe that is a separate subscription - not sure if it came with the trial - I will look at lunch though.

Anyone figure out how to access the Sirius XM data mentioned in post no. 3? I find the HD weather Data worthless as the most of the area I frequent don't have a signal.

I checked the multimedia manual on my 9-11 build SX and there is no mention of the SiriusXM data option. Not looking good to get Sirius weather or traffic on the Telluride.
