• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Do Kia dealers usually provide loaner cars if your car is being serviced for more than few hours? I owned BMW and Honda previously and they both offered loaner cars. I only have one car so getting a loaner car is very important to me. If you guys can share your experiences, that would be great. Thx.

I think it is dealer dependant.

We offer but not for every customer. They are reserved out.

I wasn't offered a loaner for two service visits. They provided an Uber to/from work.

That is not a bad way to go.

Thanks for all the replies. I guess I should call few dealers around me to find out.
