Locking Gas Door

Had a 2020 EX and the gas door was unlocked when I stopped for gas. Now have a 2022 SX and have to unlock the doors or open the driver door so the attendant can pump the gas. Did I miss something somewhere about the gas door lock access. Can you set it up to be accessible when parked for getting gas.

The gas door on all Tellurides has always been linked to the driver door. Locked driver door = locked gas door. Unlocked driver door = unlocked gas door.

Maybe you have changed your settings on whether the doors unlock automatically when you shift into park?

No matter what, you have always needed to have your driver door unlocked to open your gas door. Fortunately that is a conveniently located button press away if you don’t want your doors to be set up to always unlock when you shift into park.

Appreciate the reply. Just never thought about it I guess maybe the doors did unlock when in park but I just didn’t recall if it did or didn’t. I will check the settings.
