Looking for a Telluride EX

Hi guys!
My hubby and I are looking to buy a 2021 EX telluride in gravity gray or ebony black! And we live in central Oregon and just dumbfounded on how much more it is here over the MSRP. Am I able to order one from Kia’s website itself and avoid such a high markup? Or maybe buy it from an out of state or city dealer who won’t charge so much??
I’m clueless on how to go about it.
