so now that he has a VIN, what steps happen from here until he can pick up the T? what is the timeline?

My car was at the dealership 10 days after I received my VIN from the dealer (a day or two before failcat). I think that was on the fast end, but it seems like 15-20 days may be the average.

As soon as I saw @StephenCantrelle 's post, I immediately expected to see a gif or something of @MarcinTexas dancing or celebrating or something. Total letdown. lol

Seriously though, super happy for you @MarcinTexas. The moves by Kia to produce Nightfalls ahead of customer orders that have been waiting so, so long was really disheartening. Congrats! I can't wait for you and your kid to take your first road trip home in your T!

Thanks! I see you have an appointment to pick up yours. I have a feeling over the next few days lots of old orders are going to get VINs. Then we can focus on our rides and learning the new technology.
