• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Missing weather on the home screen

Hi, I've recently updated my nav system to the latest (Gen5; the purple-themed one). For the first few days, the weather showed up above the media info (song title/radio station) on the home screen but one day it disappeared. When I tap the area where it used to show the weather, it pops up a message saying that I need to contact UVO. What I was told by UVO agent is that weather is part of the UVO Ultimate subscription plan. (I'm on Plus plan) I'd like to know if this is true and if there is any way to get weather data back to the home screen via a different source like HD. Thanks!

(Sorry if it was already asked before. I couldn't find anything when I searched.)

Another data point.

Weather was working for me without a paid UVO subscription. I subscribed to the plus plan for this single month due to a road trip … no more working weather for me.

Curious to see if it comes back once I cancel…

I have no paid subscription and it works for me with the April 2021 update.

Some owners who have had it work, saw it disappear for a while, then mysteriously started working again. Maybe worth waiting and seeing if it will self correct.
