• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I am a proud ;) new owner of Everlasting X-Pro, here posting my numbers so far.

Highway: I touched 26 mpg and mostly around 24.5
City: 18.6 or 17 if too much traffic.

not sure if these are great but wanted to share and check others views as well.

Please post yours and let me know your thoughts.

Thanks

City: 18-20.4 mpg on 87 octane
HW: 24 mpg on 87 regular octane

This is in a 2022 Ebony Black/Black, AWD SX Prestige purchase Nov 19, 2022.

I did try running the 88 octane initially but was getting like 13-15 mpg around town and less than 20 mpg highway. Granted, the car was new so I'm sure my heavy foot impacted mpg. I'll give the 88-octane another try later on.

I've made 2 trips recently, a 600 mile round trip and a 1200 mile round trip, mostly on interstate. Both in auto and a lot of driver assist. Average MPG was 26.7 MPG.

Haven’t had the chance yet to really get enough miles on our ‘23 to get accurate mpg. Will come back and share when I can. Will share that we have 2017 Sorento with GDI V6 290 hp and can routinely get 29-30 mpg on the highway with 80+mph speeds in ECO mode.

I know the Telluride won’t touch this but it’s similar hp. It weighs more and rides higher. The Sorento blew EPA out of the water…so I have high hopes for the Telluride.

My wife's V6 AWD 2018 Sorento EX has seen as high as 32-33 mpg at around 75mph on 88 octane gas on a 564 mile round trip to visit family on ECO mode. Very happy with those numbers. I was considering the Sorento Hybrid for fuel efficiency but really wanted to the extra space of the Telluride since I was coming from a 2013 Ford Explorer V6, which saw up to 27 mpg on 88 octane driving the speed limit on the highway.

We have a 2017 EX AWD V6 with a few premium packages. Essentially the same car. I’ve also seen numbers at that level during road-trips to Chicago and Nashville. We’ve been pleasantly surprised with the Sorento and it has plenty of power. In reality, I should have a truck but I haven’t been willing to let go of the Sorento.
