• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My Trips not recording any trips

For the past week, My Trips in the Kia Access app (under convenience) has stopped recording any trips. Any one have a solution for this? Thanks.
 
I do not have a solution, but I just noticed this as well. My last trip recorded was Tuesday the 20th..
 
Thanks. My last trip was recorded 12/21. Have made many trips since then.
 
Just got off the phone with Kia Connect; they say that 'engineers are aware of the issue' (I hate that line) and that it's supposedly its backlogged in getting recorded.

So, we'll see.
