• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have waited for 4+months to get my vin # and we finally got it last week and the salesman mailed me all the forms to sign, prior to him sending them out he asked me if I wanted the $3k extended warranty which seemed like a good idea at first but I had second thoughts about it after I got the final forms and I called him and told him I would actually like to remove it from the documents and I would like to decline this option he had a bad attitude about it and I tried calling him ,emailing him, texted him without a response. I'm not sure if I should call the Dealership and talk to a manager if someone could shed some advice on what I can do this will be great thank you in advance

You said mailed the forms so I'm assuming the dealer isn't local.

If it was I'd say head down there and start flipping desks over.

Jk but that's crazy I'd call and ask for sales mngr or gm

Depending on the fine print, you can cancel the warranty in writing within 30 days. Someone else posted about doing that. I’m too lazy to search for that thread at the moment.

I heard about that I'll check it out thank you

I was wondering if they can cancel my order for not wanting the extended warranty, and thank you for the information

I wouldn't take the warranty for $3K. That's a huge ripoff, which is why the dealer was miffed that you wanted to decline it.

I'd travel to dealer and close the transaction as soon as possible. If they ignore you and you don't sign paperwork (or vice/versa) and the Telluride is on their lot, there will likely be others lined up to buy it if the deal falls through. I wouldn't want to give them a reason to say the deal fell through and thus they sold it.

If they're trying to get you to sign the paperwork before the Telluride is delivered to the dealership - I personally wouldn't sign. Good luck.
