Hi all looking for some help rear hvac not working bought it to dealer today and they said the rear mosfet needs to be replaced, and they wanted $600 which was more then I wanted to spend out the gate with out researching myself I looked up mosfet and found nothing so I went to parts department to have them look up part and they showed me the part it’s the transistor field effect part number 97176E anyone replace this part and can give me some guidance on where it’s located on the vehicle I’m pretty handy so I’m not afraid to do the job I found the part for $97 which is way better then $600 I circled part in pic below thanks in advance for any help
