Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... New Car Media Center issue

Hey all. Just bought the 2024 Telluride S. Having issues with the media center. It keeps going back to default on every start. Keeps user profiles, but doesn't show CarPlay on restart (not even projection), the buttons below the screen don't work in those instances as well as the volume control on the steering wheel. The screen also lags terribly when it happens. But when I push the reset button in next to the volume button, it begins working correctly. Trying to get it back to Kia but they have been difficult to nail down with helping us. Anyone had this issue?
