• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... This new version of the Infotainment is a joke.

Why is so much screen space taken up for these silly Edison bulbs that show the channel number? The actual channel information (logo, channel number, etc) is in this tiny little box in the upper left that you cannot read.

Once again, when you favorite a channel, the favorites are listed in numerical order across the bottom and not where you want them to be. I'd like to scroll through my music channels, then talk radio, then news, etc. Instead, I get a mixed bag of stations as they appear numerically.

And not is seems the channels that get recorded are in the order you initially add to your favorites (????).

This needs a complete re-do with some sort of user input to the design

Lots of info on this.

Preset order changes you described predates the purple UI changes.

This is the site to make suggestions or bug reports to the Kia software engineers.

Does anyone else have an issue with their Android Auto freezing up particularly after making or receiving a phone call.

I have a 2020 SX/P and with the latest version of the infotainment software loaded it is happening just by itself intermittently but also after making or receiving a phone call.
Many times when I have an incoming call I can't even select the yes or no from the screen to take or deny the call as it is frozen. The only way to answer the call is to use the steering wheel controls.
I had a Samsung Note 9 it was doing it on that phone so I waited till I just recently upgraded to a Samsung S21 Ultra and the same thing is occuring. Also happens with my wife's phone too which is also an S21 Ultra. I even tried different cables and it still occurs.

My wife has Android Auto in her Nissan Altima and it works fine with the same phones.

Curious if this is happening or has happened to anyone else and if there's a fix.
I'm on a long hold now waiting to speak with someone from the UVO support team.
