Hey there, I am awaiting a new build, impatiently I might add. But I've investigated other avenues and am not willing to give away $7k just to not have to wait a few months. I've been driving Honda Pilots since 2015. When the Telluride first came out, I went and looked at one and loved it! But, I never buy the first model year of anything and wanted to see how it did given some time. It did. A friend bought one in 2019 and has had zero troubles. So maybe I would have been ok. Anyway, I bought a new Piot in 2019 but I don't like the way the middle row with the captain's chairs are configured. So I looked at the Tellurides again and was sold this time. I'm appalled at the dealer games going on right now, forced upcharges, "market adjustments", refusing to sell without trade ins. Capitalism at its finest. Will be interesting to see how the car market settles out in the next few years.
