Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... The Palisade interior had a more luxurious look and feel IMO, but I still prefer the Telluride. A bit more, masculine (?) look and feel. It was a Calligraphy. Very nice ride. But there were some things that bothered me. There were several squeaks and rattles from day one that surprised me. From the HUD and the tailgate. I ended up fixing them both, but I thought it should have been unnecessary in the first place. It was a FWD and developed a clunking noise in the rear suspension somewhere. In spite of it all, thought it was a great vehicle. The Telluride was our first choice before so very happy. And not a rattle anywhere. Very first tank is showing better than 20 mpg so far so that's another plus for this AWD.

I can relate to your being frustrated with some noises right out the gate. My Telly was quiet the first year but about the 1 year mark I also started getting noises in the tailgate. Its been 16 months since then and still no fix for the noises. Also it sounds like your Calligraphy had the notorious rear suspension issue that plagues the twins. So far I think they have fixed that issue with new models, at least.
