  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... We have a 2023 SX in Dark Moss that we picked up in October. I found this site while trying to find info on the Navi system. I needed to find out if the 23 was included in the update that came out in October. This was the first place I got a coherent answer. Just had first service at 3200 miles as we will be taking a 3600 mile trip shortly. After service drivers door touch lock/unlock doesn't work. Passenger side OK. Any quick fix out there or just wait until next service?

Its new and under warranty, I would call and get it fixed ASAP.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I'm glad you found us! And congratulations on your Telluride. What did the Telluride replace for you?

I'm glad you're finding this place a useful spot for good information. To note, if you're looking for answers to questions, it's helpful to use a subject title that refers to your question. Forums (like this - actual forums) are very different compared to other social media where people scroll past conversations that are fully visible. With forums, people scroll past subject/topic titles - so actual discussions aren't in full view unless the viewer clicks through...
