New or Used

I've never bought a brand new vehicle. I usually buy a used vehicle with 10-20k miles on it. BUT, I really want the Telluride! Trying to wait it out a few months until those leases hit their cap and more tellurides hit the used market. But it's really hard to do. Any reasons to buy new than used? Other than the obvious no miles, and first owner.

Warranty... know it's been taken care of.. used you have no idea what it's been through and if it was regularly maintained. Other than that, no.

The manufacturer warranty is transferable is it not? True about the being taken care of, but being less than 1yr old, and a carfax report, I would help it would be ok .

No, the warranty for second owner is 5/60, only original owner gets 10/100.. most places you can get an extended warranty then.

Why not just wait it out until it is two years old? By that time, it will be half of its price, if not more. Plus, it will still feel new given wear and tear has not taken off yet. If you ain't sure, you can lookup the VIN for carfax or other car report.
