• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Best place to attach a phone mount? Any suggestions? Not a ton of room anywhere to the right of the steering wheel, I was thinking on the dash above the main cluster, I held my phone there and you can still see the heads up display.

Any suggestions on rubber mats? Or do I just go with WeatherTech or factory, so many other less expensive options on Amazon and Ebay but not sure how good they are, fitment wise etc.

Thanks in advance!

Congratulations! and welcome to the forum.

There's a few threads about phone mounts and floor mats. Folks here seem to like the Tux mats. Cheers!

I use the VanMass wireless phone holder on the left side of the middle air vent behind the wiper stick. Works great and it's steady. I can't charge my Galaxy S10+ in the qi charger because it's too big. :( Major fail on Kia for that.

Stupid (probably) question time, I ordered the TUX mats, do I put them over the factory mats or do I remover the original mats first?

Is their any way to turn off the HDA completely on the cruise control? On my old Toyota if I held the button down to shorten the distance it would turn off the distance option completely. Is this possible on the Telly? To have regular cruise control and eliminate the auto braking distance feature?

I ordered so far......

The rear cargo mat
Tux front mats
The color matching side molding door protectors
Key fob protector
Protective film for the main touch screen
The radiator grill covers
The Autostop eliminator

Any other recommendations? Would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum!

Here's a link to the phone mount setup I use in my Telluride. Hope this helps!

Take out old mats then put Tux mats in. As far as HDA you can shut it off in the settings from what I remember.

Ive been using this vent mounted magnetic phone mount for the past 2 years ( see photo) , I don’t like vent mounts much but this one is quite secure and swivels well. But it eventually snaps off after a year or so. My new discovery is this Microphone Stand cell phone clamp, which happens to clamp nicely onto the Telluride grab bar. I might modify it to work as a magnetic mount. F414B5EE-47D8-460C-8F09-88101D522E2B.webpFED04BB0-5E60-4344-8120-1C2842BEF406.webpAFF3AEE9-2980-46B2-B43C-7D775BC8EB60.webp
