If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... New Palisade in 1 month, from disappointment to a great ride.

After being disappointed by the Kia buying experience. I had to make the switch to the Palisade. From start to vehicle in my driveway was actually less than a month. I bought it at Huffines Hyundai in McKinney, Texas. Paid MSRP minus incentives (Conquest, 1st Responder & Military). My credit union was running a limited time special on a 1.4 interest rate so I'm satisfied with the entire buying experience. I never set foot in the dealership and had the vehicle delivered to my front door. It's a FWD limited in Hyper White w/Black interior. This is my 4th (Hyundai/Genesis). I tried to give Kia a chance but that boat has sailed. In addition I should receive $500 just for buying a Hyundai through the Bonus Drive program (BonusDrive). I would like to thank Sal (Moderator) for his kindness in refunding my money on the Kia emblems that I no longer needed. Good luck to all the pending Kia customers and thanks for the hospitality.

Looks pretty good in white, improves the front end for sure.

I'm actually seriously considering jumping the waiting ship too and getting a Palisade. Hubs and I will go tomorrow to look at one. I'll have to get them to order one because there are no AWD Limited trims in the state.

Congrats, but I will wait it out. I'm in no hurry as I don't need a new vehicle just want one. I just can't get past that front end..it does look less hideous in white though, but still..I won't settle and 'll wait.

Agreed...the top trim looks awful with the painted fenders and revised grill.

I actually like the front end, It has an appealing look.

Congrats! I kind of wish I had done the same, only because of how much I hate my Kia dealer. (the Hyundai dealer is pretty good) Although, if I had it to do over again, I don't think I would have bought a first-year model.

I am overdue for a new vehicle, so I kinda need this, otherwise I would have waited until next year as well. I love my 2008 Civic coupe (manual transmission) but it's friggin old now. And it's hard to get a terddler in and out of the back. And now that the hubs as retired from the AF and works downtown (a bit of a commute) I gave him my civic to drive for better gas mileage. I now drive the Ram since I only have a 10 mile drive to work. But the Ram sucks and is mainly the bass boat puller (never buy a Dodge/Ram of any kind).

Issues?

Ok Congrats Lets get back to the Telluride Forum BTW I like the fact Hyundai paint all the black molding matching the color all the way

Not one issue. Just got a ceramic coating and the front 2 windows tinted today. The folks working on the vehicle couldn't believe that it was a Hyundai. Totally a leap up from my old Santa Fe Sport. It's on the Lexus LS ride level.

I quit waiting for my Telluride, been waiting since 4/23, I set a personal date 7/23, it didn’t make it, I went to the dealer to see what the status was, they said it’s still in the Unfulfilled status. I finally made the decision to end this ride.
