I realize that the OP was from December, but I find it funny/ironic that he drove 4 hrs from S. Florida to get his Telluride, and I drove 4 hrs from N. Central Florida to get mine. Friendly is only 90 min from my house, and it's where I purchased my wife's 2016 Sorento. I wanted go back, but although they're indeed high volume--perhaps one of the top 3-4 dealers in the country--their color choices are rather limited. They get tons of white, ebony, and dark moss, tellurides, but not many (if any) black copper ones. I called an attempted to place a custom order for black copper/dune brown, but they weren't having that. I quickly realize that they don't take BTO contracts. Rather, they get as many cars on their lot anyway they can and sell to whoever comes in. They also have an $1800 dealer prep fee, which they told me was non-negotiable.
I instead found the SXP Telly in the color combo I was looking for in SW Florida at Airport Kia. It was a custom order that fell through. After turning me down, they called me back a few days later, to tell me that the car was available (along with an Ebony version) and asked me which one I wanted. I jumped on the black copper and took the long drive to SW Florida and made the purchase. So, very happy that I'm not still waiting to make the purchase.
