• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hey all, just got a new Telluride and already got a dent in it with a small scratch. Any suggestions on how to repair and things to look out for?

First time dealing with something like this. Thank you!

Also, not sure why it's not letting me attach any images? Help with that would be welcome :)

All images can be seen here:

Maybe the dealership..autobody shop..might not be more than a stack..

Welcome to the forum.
Dr. Color Chip will take care of the missing paint.
The pics make it look like a crease, that may need a body shop..

I can't tell anything from the pictures; too many reflections. But SGOTI is very unlikely to be a qualified bodywork tech. Just take the job to a couple of nearby shops to get estimates. If they are close, you're done. If not, get a third and maybe a fourth quote. Be sure to have them describe the work to you in detail so you can be sure you're not apples and oranges on the quotes.

Sorry for your newfound issue. having been in this business for a very long time unfortunately, that's bodywork and not dent removal.
Dent removal works best when in the middle of a flat area of sheet metal. yours is on the edge AND a seam. I also would vet a few shops and read the google reviews.
Good luck
