Bought a 2020 Telluride a month ago but it took ten days to deliver it to me due to transmission issues. Vehicle had 2 miles on it and had to have a completely new transmission. Should I be worried?

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I don’t think so...what would be the point of worrying anyway? You already bought your car so there is no turning back.
I’m not in your shoes so I can’t totally relate, but I know it would suck to buy a new car that requires a completely new transmission.
Look it at this way, at least it’s a brand new transmission and not a rebuilt one. Just because one component was defective doesn’t mean the whole car is defective. KIA also has industry leading warranty just in case something else goes south.
It may be hard after your experience but you should try to enjoy the new car. KIA has been getting a lot of awards for satisfaction, safety and reliability. Most people on this forum are first time KIA buyers and love their Telluride, including myself.
