  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hello everyone.
After testing driving my Telly for 64,000 miles, I can affirm that this is a darn good SUV/truck. Beyond the usual service recalls, I had no mechanical issues or problems. No unexpected trips to the shop. Drove the heck out of it from NC to Colorado, Massachusetts, NY and DC. Good long distance cruiser.

I was going to buy a Honda Ridgeline as full time AWD utility vehicle to drive my 3 children to college/grad school, carry gardening supplies, and go fishing vehicle. But the road feel was surprising not good and acceleration was lukewarm. When I priced the full package, non rain proof bed cover, and 5 foot bed - it didn't make a lot of sense.

On my Telly, I put a plastic liner in the cargo space, and plastic back seat liners for the 2nd and 3rd rows. When I put all the seats down, I have a lined cargo area of 7 foot that can go roof high and completely water tight. I only wish the SX had 2nd row bench, rather than captain's chair, but I found a console organizer that fits between the captain's chair that mostly fills in the space.

Overall very happy with my SUV/truck. Too bad they don't make the Nightfall package anymore. Highly recommended.
