• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Good morning all!

I just had my 22 Telly in for service and while I was there, I had them do the recommended update. After having it done, I haven't noticed any new features or changes and the service tech really didn't do a good job explaining what the update is all about. I attached a pic for your viewing pleasure.

Thanks,

Looks like it’s related to CarPlay connectivity.

Not sure what’s special about the 2022 that makes it the only Telluride year affected.

Where the heck dis you find that? I did a Google search and not a damn thing popped up 🤣
Google search “Kia Telluride TSB SA569” and the first result was from the Kia EV forum, someone had posted it there (even though the EV6 isn’t a part of this TSB and the TSB had nothing to do with the thread).

It’s weird the Telluride is the only car with the standard Gen5W system that’s affected… all the other cars are the ones with the Display Audio 2 (non-nav) system and wireless CarPlay.
