• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Nightfall Edition EXP vs SXP

I have an appointment to see a Nightfall tomorrow. MSRP, but required to buy their appearance package for $1895. Black / Butterscotch SX. Not exactly what I was looking for, but it may just do. LOL

This one is available at Century Kia of Brandon, FL. I tried to like it, but just can't do another non-metallic black car. I tried to order what I wanted, but they required a $1000 non-refundable deposit because "ordering a car isn't that easy". When I reminded him he just told me they couldn't keep them on the lot and would have no trouble selling it should something happen, I got, "that's our policy".

Appreciate the actual pics!! I think they give you a better feel than shots from a brochure - it solidifies my decision to add the Nightfall option to my order

Found these images from a dealer on Facebook (can't remember who, but in Cleveland, I think) - moss with nightfall! I opted for this combo when it became available and I feel so much better seeing these pics.

You mean that you prefer the chrome look or that you think the $1,295 is too much money?
It's too much money.

People are doing this to their vehicles for much cheaper.

Too much money imo. To me a vehicle's wheels and stance make or break its presence. This package's additions accomplishes neither over say an SX model for my tastes. To each their own tho, we reserve the right to spend our own money how we see fit. Ive seen nicer black out versions on here done privately

Ah, yes - fair. I don't want to deal with aftermarket stuff and...to be honest, I ordered my SX-P on October 21, so I was OK going this route, since it may have been October before I got mine (paying Costco pricing, etc., all good). I like that the trim is more subtle and not a fan of the Kia logo (not just because it's Kia...because of the design). In the scheme of things, it's a small up charge. To me, and perhaps only to me, it looks higher end without all the chrome.

I was really hoping to see the new Kia logo!

Love it! This is exact what I ordered so I am very excited to see the color combo!

So these look oddly similar to the new wheels on the 2021 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro...

Found this video on YouTube of Everlasting Silver SX with the Nightfall package.

When I get mine I may use my Nightfall wheels as winter wheels and I'll just put Hakkapeliittas on those and buy a set of SX wheels as my summer wheels.
That’s exactly what I’m doing. Delivery in 3 weeks!

The Nightfall on the Moss looks amazing! I like how it doesn't compete with the paint's natural shine, like sparkly chrome would.

Interesting to hear that perspective. Most of the "DIY" blackout kits I've seen don't look all that great to me. I've seen some do ok on smaller sports cars, but all the photos of the Telluride blacked-out come off to me as cheapening the look. I prefer the Nightfall PKG, but I do get how some folks want a very distinctive vehicle.

That’s what I plan to do since I will need snow tires here in Colorado. Kinda like the truck like off-road looks of the nightfall rims too so no big deal. Just called my dealer and added the nightfall package to my soon to be ordered SXP Moss Green. Super excited because I hate how chrome spots and dis colors here in Colorado. I think probably because of magchloride on the roads in the winter.

Good point. I’m in CO also and didn’t think about the spotting chrome. Glad we ordered a Nightfall.
