Great work! I’m considering just replacing the badges, but haven’t found any pictures of the NF badges on a non-NF grill.
I like that rear tailgate piece too!

Question, if you take the upper radiator cover off, can you get at the back of the Kia badge to pop it out to replace with the K Lexus badge? Or do you have to take additional pieces off?
There is no way to remove the upper radiator cover without removing the whole bumper assembly. The upper cover is attached to the grill with tabs and screws that are only assessable with the bumper assembly off the vehicle.
With that said, the bumper assembly is surprisingly easy to remove. There is a diagram posted in this forum showing the fastener locations.

I've tried to locate the part #'s for the nightfall front and back lower valance attached to both bumpers but my local dealer can't seem to find it. Was also looking for the front 2 vent part #'s on either side of the front bumper.
Do you--or does anyone--have a complete list of parts/costs for replicating the nightfall look?
We have a non-nightfall Gravity Grey EX AWD coming in to Kia Muncie (who have been amazing, as expected, based on this forum) in the next few weeks and want to see about giving it the nightfall look?

I had the all the chrome trim pieces on the doors and front lower left and right air scoop wrapped with 3M gloss black vinyl.

Wow! Thank you, Ken. How much did the parts + gloss black vinyl wrap cost for you to do? Did you do it yourself or pay for a place to do it? If you did it yourself, what would you say is the level of expertise/type of tools required?
Approx $1200 for all the parts and $350 for the vinyl wrap.
I did the install myself. The install is not difficult. You will also need to remove the front bumper. It sounds daunting but removing the bumper is easier than removing the existing grill from the bumper assy. You just need to be patient when removing the grill and skid plates from the bumper. I used the panel removal tools below. To remove the grill and skid plates from the front and rear bumpers, I just wedge the panel removal tool, between the bumper and the grill/skid plate at each of the tab locations. Put masking tape on the bumper cover to protect the paint. I start from one side of the bumper and disengaging the tabs one at a time until all the tabs are off. To remove the badges and emblems, I looked at youtube videos and use the heat gun and dental floss method.

How did you handle the vinyl wrap?
How did you black out the wheels?
I had the professional shop did the vinyl wrapping. The wheels were powder coated gloss black by a professional shop.

I decided not to swap out the roof rails because you will need to remove the headliner to replace the rails. It actual looks ok with the existing gray rails.
Make sure to confirm all the part numbers with the dealer you are ordering from. I used the VIN number from a vehicle with Night Fall option when talking to the dealer.

I previously order these air scoops, but they came unpainted and with the wrong part number. I was expecting gloss black like all the Nightfall parts. The dealer said KIA warehouse send me the wrong part. The dealer is working with KIA warehouse to verify that these are gloss black.

Great info, I ordered an S trim, really liked the Nightfall but doesn't allow me to add it in the S.
Any tips on finding people to do all this work and what they would charge (ballpark amount). I'm sure many people here want to get it done but don't have the tools/skills/time to do it.
If I went to the dealer they might charge a ton of money
I just happen to find a Nightfall wheels/tires set for sale locally. This completes the transformation from EX to EX Nightfall. The second picture shows how it was with the factory EX wheels that was powder coated black. I will be listing the factory EX black powder coated wheels for sale soon.
