Nightfall SX Prestige Dune Brown interior - opinion on Exterior

I hate to do it, but I’m going to be that guy. First let me say how much I’ve enjoyed lurking on the blog. I ordered a Dark Moss SX with Prestige and nightfall packages for my wife. It seems like the community is split, but I personally love the nightfall look and would select it for any exterior color I ultimately selected, and tomorrow is the final day to make our choice.
I picked the Dark Moss and have waffled between several other choices (Gravity Gray and Ebony Black) but always go back to it. I just haven’t seen one in person and wish I could know I would love it. Basically hoping to get feedback on people’s choices, thoughts, and preferences between those three colors. Are all of the Dark Moss NF owners on here totally pleased with their choices?

The car driven by Senator Warnock looked like Black Copper (to me), not Dark Moss.

Anyway, I was super intrigued with Dark Moss till I saw one at Home Depot… reminded me of the inside of a baby’s diaper. I’m sure the lighting was just poor that day as there are untold numbers who love Dark Moss!

You’re right. I was looking at the 2022 badges against a dark Nightfall color. Mine’s arriving June 23rd and the Kia badges will be blacked out.

Just my opinion but Nightfall fits much better with Gravity Gray or Ebony Black exteriors, as seen in Kia's ads and TV spots.

I like the dark moss in Nightfall. I've seen multiple of each color in person. I think it's one of the better dark colors for Nightfall. My least favorite Nightfall is GG. I just saw a bunch of Nightfalls on the lot today, I thought the GG just looked bad.

Black looks good when is perfectly clean but having a black non Nightfall, all I have to say is good luck keeping your black Telluride clean. I've owned black cars before, this thing holds water in all sorts of places for long periods of time. I have to wipe mine down multiple times after I wash it to pick up all the runs.

There was a DM Nightfall parked at a hotel near me for a week, I drove by it better than 10 times. I thought it looked awesome. I had given some thought to ordering a 22 Moss Nightfall to replace my 21.

This is all opinion, I think the lighter colors look the best with Nightfall, moss and black are the only other ones I personally would consider. I very much dislike GG overall, I don't think the body wears it well. I do think it looks good on the LX because of the silver painted wheels. If color is super important, find one in person before you order. Pictures don't always do these things justice. Moss can look totally different based on the lighting.

Thanks so much for the thoughtful reply. I love all the pics and videos I’ve seen with the dark moss NF and I fell in love with it. I’m one of those that loves it much more with the NF package. I'm with you on the Moss Nightfall. My aunt has a non-nightfall moss. Having seen them in NF, I prefer the NF.

I have a Wolf Gray SXP Nightfall on order. The Wolf Gray only comes with the Nightfall Edition. I never would have thought of Gray until I saw a Wolf Gray Nightfall parked at a Lowes. It really took me back how great that black and gray combination was. You have to see one in person to really appreciate it. I attached a file I took off the internet. It looks like they did the top of the roof in black also.
