No manual through the App?

Ok, so I know I can access the owner's manua via online web page, but I was surprised when I went into the "Manuals" section on the iPhone Kia Access app and it says "no documents available"? Tried the seach function and no joy. Am I not doing something right, oir is it just not there?

Has never been available on the Kia Access app for the Telluride other than as a download link.

Just download the pdf and use on your preferred reader app. Works fine this way and highly recommend it over the paper manual as you can search for terms in the manual to quickly look things up.

It would also be super annoying to view the manual on the Kia Access app since it requires internet connection to log in every session and would probably take forever to load it up.

Yeah, I knew it was available that way, I was just wondering if something was messed up on my app - it has a button for the manual but no manual when you tap that button on the app. Weird. Anyway, thanks.

Could be because you haven’t taken delivery of your car yet and activated UVO link inside the car? Maybe another 2021 owner can chime in to confirm.

I did take delivery - this past Friday and I activated UVO before I left the dealership. I do get all the videos when I tap the video button, just no manuals. If no one chimes in with a possible solution, I may call the dealer Monday - just more curious than anything else - it's not really a huge issue.

Try downloading the manuals via the qr codes.
