• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Having a new and strange problem when using Apple Music through CarPlay. When the volume is set to 0, there is no sound (as it should be), but when the volume is turned up to 1 it is immediately loud and it can be turned all the way up to 40 with no change from the volume at 1.

Actually, just checked the radio without CarPlay. Same issue.

what am I missing, here?

Sounds like a volume control malfunction. Can try using a paperclip to press the system reset button by the volume knob.

Thanks. Turns out that shutting infotainment down completely and restarting did the trick. Like hitting 0/1 when your PC is acting up.
