• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... For some reason, when I tap on Manuals in the Kia Access app on my iPhone, I don't get any manuals listed. I just get a blank page. So, I submitted an inguiry to Kia Customer service explaining that I was not seeing the manual in the Manual section of the App. Several days later I got this reply from Kia. I almost laughed outloud. Yes, I know I can get the manual online using my browser, but this reply did not help much, as you can see. (You can also locate the manual at... ? At where?
