According to the 2024 owners manual, an oil & filter replacement requires 7.08 qts. of oil.
According to the 2025 owners manual, an oil & filter replacement requires 6.87 qts. of oil.
I asked Kia why there is a difference & what amount I should use as they're the same engine...............their reply:

Even if two vehicles have the same engine model, the amount of oil needed for an oil change can differ due to variations in the oil pan size, engine design, and the specific lubrication requirements of each vehicle. We recommend following the owners manual.

My 1st oil change on my 25 needed about 6.5 qts. to get to the top of the dipstick mark.
Taking the 24 in for it's 3rd oil change on 10/07/2025, will pay attention to what it takes.
Thoughts ??
