• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... TSB 099 202201 - Telluride (AWD) Vibration at Highway Speed; Inspection and Repair

Are there limitations in miles for the dealer to perform this TSB? I'm just over 60k

Interesting development in my case. I’m also having this issue on my MY2020 SX AWD. Dealer claims its tires even after performing RFV test. It used to only be present at highway speeds when it was cold. Couldn’t replicate in warm weather and I live on FL so that’s a problem.

The vibration is now consistently present at low speeds during acceleration. Im not sure if this is even related to the highway speeds issue but it seems like there must be some relation. I took it to a non Kia mechanic who I trust to get an informed and independent opinion.

They pulled the drive shaft and noticed no improvement in vibration. They pulled the fuse for the AWD system and noticed a huge improvement. Does that pinpoint the problem for anyone?

Same thing over here. We bought new tires...it is still vibrating and shaking the whole car. It usually happens at high speeds but is not constant. Sometimes it lasts along time, then goes away and comes back 20 - 30 min later. We notice it more on the freeway and especially when we have longer road trips. It is scary!
Just left the dealer and they told me it’s my tires too! What a joke. That doesn’t make any sense. If it was tires, why does the vibration come on when I accelerate and go away when I remove throttle?

Maybe more to the point, does anyone know if Kia is extending the warranty to repair this TSB? I did not buy my Telly new so I don’t have the 100k powertrain warranty. However, Kia did replace my rear shocks for no cost when they crapped out about 2 years ago because they extended the warranty to cover it (as far as I understand it).
