Oil change

In late February 2021, I took my 2021 Kia Telluride to a local location of a national oil change outfit (Take5 Oil Change). When I arrived, the mechanics had no idea what oil filter the car took, or the oil used. They claimed the car was too new and that because they didn't have that information about the oil or the filter, they couldn't service my car. I found this hard to believe, since I got my car in October 2020 (and others likely before that), and we aren't dealing here with an unusual brand or model.

Anyway, in case I encounter this problem at other oil change locations, what should I tell the mechanics about the proper filter or oil for a 2021 Kia Telluride SX?

If you stop in a "national oil change outfit" and they don't know what and how many oils has to be used take your Telluride and RUN AWAY don't risk your Telluride with some one who doesn't know how to do their job
