If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I live in Central Florida and have not yet been successful in placing an order or finding a Telly for less than $7k "market adj." over MSRP.
I don't mind going out of state. Please share any dealer contact if you have been successful in ordering one in the Southeast area.

Thanks!

I hope I’ve tagged the thread properly. If you check out Dealerships in Florida that sell at MSRP. I’m in Central Florida too and ordered through NowCar.com which is the Internet based ordering business of Miami Lakes. So just be prepared that everything is done via email, etc. But back in April, I was able to order at MSRP for our SX AWD—not sure if that’s still the case. They don’t get a huge number of allocations each month but not a super low volume dealer either. We submitted our order for their “waiting line” mid-April and hoping our car will be submitted into the KFOS next week. If all goes well, and based on others experiences, I’m hoping we’ll receive our Telly mid-November.

I have ordered (but not received) a Telluride SX at MSRP at South Dade in Miami. Estimation is 3-4 months from when I ordered. I'm also in the Central florida area, no luck finding anything local.

Purchased ours from Cocoa Kia. Although it was a 2020, took delivery November 2019 @MSRP.
Good luck.

I called Cocoa Kia about 2 months ago and got quoted for a 6k markup. I guess the landscape changed and they took advantage when they could.

An Alabama dealer is mentioned favorably here:

Did you try Friendly Kia in New Port Richey?

Not that it will make any difference, we get our vehicle serviced there. Will make make a point of telling our sales person how low class that is.

They are doing the same here in SC. My mom is looking for one and we are flirting with buying a second one. My family lives close by in Titusville, so getting down there to buy wouldnt be bad, but that markup is crazy. Guys name was Carlos. He wasnt rude over text as you can see, but the explanation is just crappy as to why these dealers are doing what they are

Any luck finding MSRP in the southeast since December? I am in Southeast Georgia an hour from Savannah. Savannah and Charleston dealers quoting $4k to $9k over for ordering a 22 wolf gray EX PREMIUM NIGHTFALL black interior with no other added options! And they had the same excuses posted above, and required a NONREFUNDABLE deposit! Heard that Ed Voyles in Chamblee (near Atlanta)was sticking to MSRP on orders at least back in September so I just reached out to them-will see.

We live in the Atlanta area and almost ordered through Ed Voyles in Chamblee. As of a month ago, they were asking for $3k over MSRP for any order and a refundable $2k deposit, though they refused to put in writing that the deposit was refundable. We ended up ordering through Fowler Kia in Longmont, CO. They are honoring MSRP and even with shipping direct to us ($1500) it still came out cheaper than Ed Voyles. They quoted us 5 months.

Thanks! I just heard from Bulldog Kia in Athens, Ga and they quoted a $4050 “market adjustment” (which I had to pull it out of them to admit to because the numbers did not add up) plus $880 “accessory package” that they never defined. $1500 deposit but said it was refundable (not in writing though).

Wouldn't touch that.

The dealer in Brunswick, GA told me 15% over MSRP. Fortunately I don't need the vehicle at that price.

Did you hear back from Ed Voyles? Curious if anything changed.

Who did you work with at Gossett Kia if you don't mind me asking?

That's only ~3 hours from me and it sure would beat having to pay close to 2k to have mine delivered from Colorado, especially because I need to do some sort of trade-in as well...
