• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Let’s talk about front seats. Am I the only one that finds the padding in the front seats unacceptable? Especially on the upper backrest part just below the headrest if you push on it there’s absolutely no support in that area whatsoever. Since I bought this vehicle I’ve been having upper back pain and I didn’t know why and I pushed down in that area to find out there’s nothing there. Your fingers just push right in.

Have you tried adjusting your seat height and tilt/telescope steering wheel position? Shoulder and arm strain might be more likely the culprit since not much pressure is typically applied on to the top of the seat backs.

Some owners have also found the head rest position to be too forward, causing neck pain. One solution was to bend the metal rods to push the head rest further back.

Yup I hear you. I’ve tried everything with the seats. I actually find second row seats more comfortable for me as the back support is better. But I can’t drive the vehicle from there unless I was Hightower 👮🏿‍♂️
