• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I picked up my Telle... drove home.. and when my wife opens the door to look inside the first thing she says is "Um.. theres a hole in the seat". I immediately called the dealer and im bringing it back for them to look at on Monday. What can I expect the dealer to say? "You bought it.. its your problem now"?

My experience with this dealer so far has been far from great. I just want to be prepared with any rights I may have to the damage.

Passenger. I never got a walkthrough. “There’s your car. Here’s the keys”

Passenger seat

Never had a final check. "Heres your keys.. Theres your car"

Well, I'd say it wasn't smart of you not to look over a car before purchasing it. But I still think they'll likely take care of you.

I looked it over, but I didnt notice the 1 inch cut in the crease of the seat.

Mine had a dent in the driver rear filler under the tail light from unloading accident when getting it off the carrier apparently . Was found on final inspection. I got a “we owe” before I drove off- they ordered part painted to factory specs and called me in a week - 1.5 hours to replace and get it right.i would expect them to do the same for you.

When I got mine, there was a very quick look at. A few days later I had to go in to have some protection coating put on it. When I got in the car to head to the dealership I noticed the exact same thing in my passenger seat. Kia told them it has to be replaced. So they ordered a seat bottom ($2300) from Korea and it took a couple weeks to come in, I take my Telluride in this Wednesday to have it replaced along with fixing the leaky read window washer. I'm not paying to have either fixed.
