I purchased my Kia Telluride in 2021 with 40k miles used. I attempted to buy new with no luck (thanks covid) Here we are in 2024 and my transmission is dead. I had it serviced regularly. Per the dealer I should reach out to customer support because they sometimes will make it right. From 5/2 to current I have made 20+ calls. I call once daily attempting to get updates. It has been, "escalated" twice without any response. I get that they may tell me they cannot help and refuse to provide a discount for the transmission but... at least tell me something. I have explained to them that this is my only means of transportation. This means I am driving around on a dead transmission. I get a different story each time I call from the customer service team. I get the feeling they never actually help people... you just call and get a continuous run around. I will never, ever buy another Kia. I have learned my lesson. Anyone ever have success by calling them?
