• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I purchased my Kia Telluride in 2021 with 40k miles used. I attempted to buy new with no luck (thanks covid) Here we are in 2024 and my transmission is dead. I had it serviced regularly. Per the dealer I should reach out to customer support because they sometimes will make it right. From 5/2 to current I have made 20+ calls. I call once daily attempting to get updates. It has been, "escalated" twice without any response. I get that they may tell me they cannot help and refuse to provide a discount for the transmission but... at least tell me something. I have explained to them that this is my only means of transportation. This means I am driving around on a dead transmission. I get a different story each time I call from the customer service team. I get the feeling they never actually help people... you just call and get a continuous run around. I will never, ever buy another Kia. I have learned my lesson. Anyone ever have success by calling them?
