• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I hear a "Clunk" when I shut the door or hit a bump in my headliner. I can press on it, then it goes away, but can't figure out where it is coming from. Anyone else experiencing this issue? and if so, how did you fix it? Thinking I will need to take it to the dealer, a $50k vehicle should not have a clunk on day 2.

Use the search tool. There is an old thread about the same issue. Something needs to snap back into place and it goes away

I did, but wasn't having any luck.

Ok, I just fixed the issue. Per what others were saying/suggesting, you have push-up on the center console and put it back into place. Here is how I did it, firmly put your hands on both sides of the console on the black plastic only (get between the two captains chairs) then push up as hard as you can, you will hear a pop, and it should be back in place. Not sure if this is a temporary or permanent fix, but clearly the console in the headliner dropped down, almost like it pushed downward, and I pushed I back up in place, not crazy about the headliner/overhead console, seems cheap.

BTW - I hate the suede ceiling, but you don't get a choice on that, I would love to trade it out for a normal headliner, but I wanted the Presidge Edition, so, no other choice.
