• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... So I got the Eibach 2" lift spring installed and they work great. Unfortunately, it pulls to the left when under power (like torque steer). The shop said that there is no camber or caster adjustment. Does anyone have any toe adjustment settings I can give them?

I mean you lifted what is essentially a mini van made to look like and SUV and now you are upset that it does not perform properly. These things are not engineered to be modified the way you did…. Sorry.

Had a similar issue.

I'm running BFG KO2's inflated to around 50 psi when it was happening. Eibach suggested going down to around 35 to 40 and it actually worked...

50 psi? What should I be running my Falken Wilpeaks at? I've been running at 30-35.

The BFG's I have are the 10-ply (only version available for my size...) and go up to 80 psi for towing purposes (... and I don't even have a tow package, too... nor do I plan on towing anything...). If your Falkens are already running at 30 to 35, then I doubt it's a tire pressure issue...

You might want to check with a local shop that specializes in offroad alignment to see if they can get you dialed in. The one I go to here worked with me and Eibach to make sure they got it right.

Psanti/Stanaka....I've probably gotten the most information from you guys. I've been trying to decide between the Eibach springs or the Truxx kit..both are priced comparably now with discount at truxx site for the holidays and the truxx does come with those extensions (I read others had to purchase them separately).

I like the idea of the Eibach springs but I have a X-Line versions and not sure how the "self leveling" nivomats will work with the springs? I saw someone talking about replacing the shocks with "KYB 3440062 Excel-G"..

Also with the Eibach kit, did you buy or put anything in addition to just the springs and new tires/wheels?

Appreciate any insight and sorry to impede your thread!

Having gone through both the truxx and eibach, I prefer the eibach. It rides smoother over rough dirt roads. I think you'll still want the shock extensions with the eibach. As for replacing with kyb, double check to see if they use the same mounting points. Otherwise, I don't see why the springs would change how the nivomats work. Maybe someone else will know better.

Didn't need to add anything with Eibach springs.

I also recall that the lift springs will work with the Nivomat self-levelling system.

The folks who mentioned the KYB shocks said they prefer them as replacements instead of the OEM Kia shocks - not sure how the ride handling with springs installed is compared to OEM. Bilstein is also developing shocks and struts specific to the Telluride and Palisade - if it's similar to what they did for the Sorento, they may have an OEM and Premium line... no word yet, but hopefully soon.

turns out it was an incompetent shop. took it to Kia for an alignment and now it track straight.

I also want to do the Eibach springs in my 24 EX AWD. What's a good estimate on labor hours for the install? Trying to figure out what my OTD price will be for them.

Labor costs can be all over the place. Mine was about 600. The important thing is to find a reputable shop. You'll just have to call around for estimates.
