"Quick Wash" Kit?

Hi everyone! Now that my Telluride is finally home, I want to keep her looking as good as possible. I'm thinking of keeping a kit in the car to spray off bird droppings, bugs, etc. between regular washings. I've never been as concerned with this sort of thing with previous cars. Does anyone keep a "quick wash" kit in their car? What products do you stock or recommend? Thanks!

The detailing thread has lots of info and will take a bit of time and research to figure out what is right for you and your detailing needs.

As for me, I have a Spray bottle with 1 part Chemical Guys car wash to 4 parts water, a bottle of water and a microfiber towel that I keep on the shelf in my garage. When I pull in a see bird poop or other major dirt spots, I spray with car wash mixer, use a microfiber towel to carefully wash and then rinse area with water bottle.

I tried a quick wash detailer spray but didn't feel like it got the bird poop and bugs off very well.

I keep Windex around and a roll of car-friendly towels

I have become a believer in Optimum No Rinse (ONR). I mix up a bucket, apply from top to bottom in sections and dry. Done. Half an hour for the full car including prep and clean-up. I do it about once every week or two and it's been great. So suds or rinsing so it's very easy for a quick wash. There are lots of videos on it to check out.

I use Griot’s Garage Speed Shine as a quick detailer spray for bird poop or other relatively fresh blemishes.

Schaeffer 266 for dried bug guts. Be sure to rinse.
