• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What is the difference between RDR and KFOS ordering system? If a dealer says a order is going through RDR and not KFOS what does that mean?

To answer #2, when a new car is sold it has to be marked as an RDR (retail delivery), if the last name on the RDR doesn't match the name on the order Kia cracks down on the dealers other orders. Kia just issued an update in the ordering system warning dealers about this.

This is the only reference found to this term RDR in the search option. Don't see how RDR refers to KIA ordering?
