• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Shocks were replaced a week ago due to clunking (50k , 2022 SX Awd, non leveling) Heard clunking almost immediately and they’re both shot, oil leaking from both. There’s a sticker for 55307-S9050 but it’s over top the factory sticker. Anything funny here and regardless if it’s the wrong part, why would they both fail immediately?

They replaced the shocks again this morning. Drove fine for the first couple miles and then the same thing happened. Clearly defective. I filed a complaint with Kia consumer affairs.
