• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I’m confused on my new purchased telluride. I see that the 2020s only have driver talk if you have Ex or Sx trim. But I have the S and still have the mics in the headliner in the rear. So what does this actually mean? I cannot find anywhere to turn on driver talk, so I’d figure it’s not there, but what’s the purpose of the mics then???

There are no microphones in the rear on any trim. That’s not how driver talk works… it’s one way only (driver’s voice amplified to the rear speakers).

I’m willing to bet you are looking at the three ultrasonic sensors for the rear occupant alert. Some people also confuse them with lights.

IMO driver talk is a silly feature. I’ve used it maybe twice for a laugh and that’s it.
