Saw my Telluride on Failcat 4 days after I ordered. Coincidence?

I am new. Hi everyone. I saw my Telluride in Failcat 4 days after I ordered it.sounds too soon. What does this mean? Is it built that fast. Does it mean I will get it in a few days?
 
I would bet it’s just another vehicle that matches. Get the VIN and call your dealer to see if that is your vehicle. If it’s the exact same one and it’s not spoken for; you could buy that one from dealer stock.
