• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I am having an issue that even after I've programmed the seat memory for my wife and I, it doesn't remember the seats memory, and we are constantly moving the seats to our desired position. Anyone else have this issue?

My first suggestion is to make sure you are aware of the easy access features in the instrument cluster menus, which you adjust with the steering wheel controls. When you have these settings turned on, it moves your seat away from the steering wheel so you can get out of the seat more easily. It should return to the last used preset when you start the car again.

Second, you are aware that the seat memory is not linked to the key fobs right? Most luxury cars can recall the correct memory setting for each individual remote fob. But not the Telluride unfortunately. So if your wife drives in her seat memory setting, when you drive next time, you still need to press your setting button.

Lastly, if you are sure you are not confusing the two points above, there is a memory seat reset function you can perform if you think it isn’t saving/recalling seating positions correctly.

To cover all bases, you are storing the desired saved position by pressing SET then the number button within 4 seconds right?

Thank you! We do have easy access turned on. I'm going to disable and hopefully see if that works. I have a feeling it's something to do with this setting.
