I've taken my car into the dealership a few times and everything theyve change has not fixed my concern, what could be prevent my seat from reclining and how can i fix it?

I've taken my car into the dealership a few times and everything theyve change has not fixed my concern, what could be prevent my seat from reclining and how can i fix it?

Before leaving the dealership, why haven't you verified with them whether or not the problem has been fixed? IOW, have them show you that it now works.
