Service Department Recommendations NY/NJ?

Happy New Year to everyone!

I’ve had my 2020 S since August with 4,000 trouble-free miles and we are really pleased with this car.

It’s my first Kia and I’m looking for a reputable dealer to handle oil changes and routine maintenance in the New York City area. Anyone have any Service experiences (good or bad) with Dealers in the City, Northern New Jersey or Westchester county? Thanks!

Funny you mention this; previously had a great dealer experience buying a vehicle but their service department was trash. Had to shop around to find a different service department. We need to start a thread related to service departments along with the threads about good and bad dealerships experiences. This doesn’t answer your question; sorry

No they have a severe markup. I bought my telly from abeloff kia right over the nj pa border off of rt 80... at msrp

Right on. Experienced the same thing at West Nyack with markup at the time. Ended up with Romeo Kia in Kingston who did MSRP, but would like to visit Nyack for service. Glad to hear of your positive experience.

I got here because I am also looking for good service departments. I ordered from Nutley Kia but I am not sure how good is their service department. I want to have options and any good recommendation in Central Jersey will be nice. Kia of West Nyack is 1 hour away.
