I am the original owner of a 2020 SX. It has been in service since June 2019 and has had the same brake controller installed since we purchased it. Not a dealer install since they didn't have them back then. Recently my telly has been having shifting issues at random times. I have uploaded a video to show what I mean. The one thing I have noticed when this is happening is the brake controller light (the numbers) comes on. We are not towing when this happens. Could a bad connection of the brake controller be causing this issue? Or is it just my transmission or another electrical problem?
