Hello all! Currently I have until June remaining on my Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti lease. I love the car, but there was a reason I leased and I will NOT be buying it out. Too many gremlins. Anyhow, I am very interest in an SX-P with Nightfall package. Im wondering if ordering would be the way to go. If I wanted to take delivery in late May/early June, when would be a good time to order? Any idea how dealers are handling pricing on orders? Thanks!

If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. A popular timeframe being given for those of us with SX-P nightfall orders is 4-6 months. I ordered mine 07/30 and Im hoping for a December delivery timeframe. A lot of variables, depends on dealership allotments, production focus from factory (which right now nightfall seems to be heavily prioritized). There are several dealers selling at MSRP, they will be out of state, depending on where you are located. The good dealers thread is a good place to start for dealerships.
I would also say if you are specific about a certainly color combo, you might want to order and wait it out. Place a refundable deposit to hold your place in line and then use failcat and other resources mentioned here to try and snag one sooner. Case in point, my color combo i have yet to see very many of, so the odds of me finding one that isnt reserved already, at a dealership that doesnt charge more than msrp, seems pretty low.

Im located in the Portland, OR market on the WA side of the border. Happy to buy anywhere on the west coast.

Your situation is a little different because the landscape can be so much different before your lease is up. It can get better as far as inventory, or stay the same. Hard to tell, my guess is that we still see shortages through much of next year, the craze/hype is ridiculous, especially with rivals already having their refreshes and they have been underwhelming. If i were you, I would prob just keep tabs on the industry, but look to place an order at the end of the year.
Maybe someone will chime in on a preferred dealer in your area, i wish someone would take all the dealers from the good dealer thread and organize them by state or something (not me, im way too lazy for that). Otherwise, take a look at that thread to see if you see anything near you, if not, just pick the closest one and plan on a road trip or shipping it.

I emailed a few dealerships in the dealer thread. One nearby that already replied and it appears there is about $2,000 ADM. I also emailed Hilltop since people seemed happy with them. The bay area is just a long one day drive for me.
